The Council for Hospitality Management Education is a non-profit making organisation. It represents UK, European and International universities and colleges, who offer higher education programmes in the fields of hospitality studies and management as well as related fields.
It is CHME’s stated purpose to contribute to the professional development and status of UK, European and International hospitality management education, through the sharing of best practice in scholarship and pedagogy.
